Working on a team with other outside consultants, Nordland Business brought its organizational muscle and years of experience to the table for a local not-for profit that was on the verge of a major scale up and transformation. Our experience in asset management was invaluable in forming this strategic plan that included a major physical move, an expansion into new areas of service and a new, significantly larger facility. Deliverables included a number of "If / than" scenarios and charts that would help this organization make sound decisions as they worked through this major change.
